How to Add Contacts?

Contact records store information about individuals, including:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Language
  • Preferred method of receiving information

Steps to Add a Contact:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section in the platform.
  2. Click "ADD" to create a new contact record.
  3. Fill in the required details (name, email, phone, etc.).
  4. Save the contact.

Once saved, contacts are accessible throughout the platform and can be easily added to an installation, streamlining the reuse of contact information.
